- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆The staff are great, however their business practices leave you wanting to switch to a 'real' bank. If you have direct deposit setup and your payday falls on a Saturday you won't receive your pay until Monday. The same goes for holidays. If Monday is a holiday then you end up waiting yet another day for your hard earned money. Most other banks account for this. Also, there are virtually no ATMs that allow you to make deposits. So again, you get your check on a day their closed, or maybe can't get to the bank during business hours and you're stuck without your funds. They also don't work well with pending transactions. Also, huge problem here, I have accounts that I created in Illinois, then tried to access in Colorado and was told my accounts would have to be switched to Colorado accounts in order to access them while I was in Colorado.
